This exercise can deliver something many have asked for - definition and clarity. The Stevens School property poses an incredbile opportunity for Hallowell as long as Hallowell's citizens actively voice what we would like to see happen on the property. Working in partnership with the state and having a clear vision for the property will ensure a positive future for the site and the city.
